No. All payments made to IVMA are non-refundable and non-transferable, except at IVMA's sole discretion under exceptional circumstances.
Students must maintain a minimum of 80% attendance to remain eligible for certification. Repeated unexcused absence may result in suspension or termination of enrollment.
No. Certificates and diplomas are only issued once all course requirements, including practical sessions, assignments, and portfolio work, are fully completed, along with full payment of fees.
You do. Students retain ownership of all personal projects and creative work. IVMA may use student work, with credit given, for promotional or educational purposes.
Students are expected to use institute equipment responsibly. Any loss or damage caused by negligence may result in the student being held financially responsible.
Yes. IVMA reserves the right to modify course schedules, instructors, locations, or content as needed to maintain course quality and industry relevance.
Non-payment of fees may result in suspension or termination of your enrollment. It's important to meet all payment deadlines outlined in your Student Enrollment Agreement.
IVMA is not liable for injury, personal loss, or employment outcomes arising from a student's participation in the course. All safety instructions must be followed during practical training.
All students are expected to maintain professionalism, follow safety and ethical guidelines, and treat staff and peers with respect. Harassment or disruptive behavior may result in disciplinary action.
Course fees are non-transferable, and transfers between courses or intakes are considered only at IVMA's discretion, based on seat availability and individual circumstances. Speak with our admissions team to discuss your options
